COPYRIGHT NOTICE

Authors who publish their manuscripts in Mahabbatu Syi’aruna: Journal of Islamic Family Law agree to the following terms:

  1. Copyright Ownership

    • Authors retain the copyright of their work.

    • Authors grant the journal the right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0) that allows others to share, copy, distribute, adapt, and build upon the work, provided that proper credit is given to the original authors and the journal.

  2. Author’s Rights

    • Authors may enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository, publish it in a book), with an acknowledgment of its initial publication in this journal.

    • Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on personal websites) before and during the submission process, as it can lead to productive exchanges as well as earlier and greater citation of published work.

  3. Open Access Policy

    • All articles published in this journal are freely and permanently accessible online without subscription or registration barriers.

    • The journal does not charge readers for access and allows authors to distribute their published work widely.

  4. Publisher’s Rights

    • The publisher has the right to publish the work in any format (printed, electronic, or other) and to include it in indexing and abstracting services.

    • The publisher is responsible for the permanent preservation of the published content through archiving systems (LOCKSS, CLOCKSS, PKP PN).
