About the Journal
Mahabbatu Syi’aruna: Journal of Islamic Family Law is a peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal published by the Postgraduate Program of Islamic Family Law, Institut KH. Ahmad Sanusi Sukabumi [INKHAS], West Java, Indonesia. The journal is devoted to publishing high-quality research and scholarly works in the field of Islamic family law, with both theoretical and practical perspectives.
The journal is published [3 times per year] and accepts articles from scholars, researchers, and practitioners worldwide. All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure academic integrity and originality. Each article is assigned a DOI (Digital Object Identifier) and is checked for plagiarism using standard similarity detection software.
